About the Role

Tameside Community Safety Partnership is seeking two Wellbeing Advisors to join our team. As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering early intervention, prevention, and wellbeing services to adults and carers.

The successful candidates will provide information, advice, and signposting to community and voluntary sector organisations and services. They will also be responsible for planning and developing effective interventions to promote prevention and wellbeing across the local area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting adults and carers through assessments and providing guidance on available services
  • Developing responses to meet carers' needs and evaluating service provision
  • Collaborating with local organisations to promote prevention and wellbeing initiatives
