About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Aberdare Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Availability Window

We are looking for someone who is available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. The availability window is as follows:

Sun: 16:00 - 00:30

Thu: 05:00 - 12:00

Sat: 16:00 - 00:30

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Building rapport with customers and delivering great natural service
  • Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas
  • Putting into practice the training you have received to work safely and effectively
  • Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering routines in store that meet their needs
  • Taking part in seasonal, community, and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere
  • Being knowledgeable about your store's performance and understanding your role in driving service and sales
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
  • Being yourself, living our values, and making everyone feel welcome

Requirements

  • The ability to build rapport with customers and make decisions that are right for them
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
