**About Us**

We are a national company specialising in education support services, working with local authority clients and independent provisions across the UK.

In this role, you will be providing one-to-one tuition to students with varying needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and looked-after children.

**Job Requirements**

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A passion for making a positive impact on vulnerable young people
  • Experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons in core subjects and additional areas as required
  • Familiarity with SEN such as SEMH, anxiety, Autism, and ADHD, as well as Attachment Disorder and Childhood Trauma
  • The ability to manage challenging behaviour and engage disaffected pupils
  • Confidence in working professionally with foster carers and residential home staff
  • Skill in providing detailed feedback highlighting student strengths and areas for development

**Location and Salary**

This role is based in Kettering, and we estimate the salary to be around £21,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
