Education Support Specialist for Kids

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 tuition to support students' academic progress and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational sessions face-to-face with children at their homes or a public space.
- Plan resources around the child's needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects.
Requirements:
- QTS or Higher Level Teaching Assistant or SEN/SEMH experience.
- Be highly engaging and able to build effective working relationships with children.
- Manage and implement a range of behaviour strategies.
