About the Role

We are seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our team at Marfleet Primary Academy. As a Midday Supervisory Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during lunchtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Help students access the lunch service and manage behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
