\tSupport the client to ensure they are ready for the day's activities and their dietary requirements are met.
\tPlan and coordinate the client's activities in advance, taking into account their interests and needs.
\tTransport the client to and from activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
\tAct as an advocate for the client when required, supporting them to communicate their needs and wants.
\tEncourage the client to extend their activities and skills, promoting independence and confidence.
\tSupport the client with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
\tAccompany the client to appointments and medical appointments.
\t
Requirements:
\tA driver with a car available for business use, with business insurance.
\tEnglish as a first language.
\tRight to work in the UK.
\tGood communication and interpersonal skills.
\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\tEnhanced DBS check required.
\t
About the Client:
\tThe client is a 31-year-old male with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Erb's Palsy.
\tThey have difficulty understanding social situations and require support with communication and daily living tasks.
\tThey have a range of interests, including Ju Jitsu, Tai Chi, pottery, and anime.
\tThey enjoy community activities and require support to access these.
\t

\tYou will be part of a team of support workers, working together to provide high-quality care and support.
