Job Title: Bank Personal Care Assistant

Job Type: Casual, Bank Position

Location: Alsager, ST7 (local area required)

Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour

Hours: Up to 14 hours per week, as-and-when needed

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and caring Personal Care Assistant to support a 41-year-old lady with downs syndrome and mobility needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting her to day care and returning her home safely.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transport the client to day care and return her home safely
  • Ensure the client is safely secured in the vehicle using a harness
  • Assist with daily activities and provide companionship as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the client and her family to understand her needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Full, clean driving license
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure (funded by the employer)
