About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Company Secretary to join our team, reporting to the General Counsel/Company Secretary and the Corporate Secretariat. The successful candidate will provide full governance support and company secretarial services to the Pension Insurance Corporation Group, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration of a portfolio of entities to ensure compliance with Companies Act and other relevant legislation and regulation
  • Population of Diligent Entities database with accurate data
  • Performance of company secretarial and compliance-based tasks as required
  • Provision of information profiles for personnel and entities both internally and externally

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of company secretarial practices and procedures
  • Experience of share plan administration would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

A competitive salary package (£60,000 - £70,000) is on offer, along with benefits including private medical insurance, 28 days' annual leave (excluding bank holidays), and a generous pension scheme.
