About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REISS in Newcastle Metro. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a Premium Customer Experience: Provide tailored customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury products, including features, benefits, and styling advice.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Visual Standards: Maintain high visual standards in the store, including merchandise displays and store appearance.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a representative of the REISS brand, embodying our values and promoting our products to customers.
Requirements
  • Passion for Luxury Products: A genuine interest in premium or luxury products and a desire to learn about our brand and products.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail or a related industry.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to see things from the customer's perspective and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting to changing priorities and sales goals.
  • Team Player: A collaborative approach, working effectively with the retail team to achieve sales and operational goals.
