About the Role

As a Sales Associate at REISS, you will be part of our Retail team in Newcastle Metro, working on a full-time basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support our management team in achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the brand and our products
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Maintain visual standards
  • Act as a REISS Brand Ambassador

Requirements

  • A passion for premium or luxury products
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to see things through the customer's eyes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and decision-making skills
  • Team player
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
