Rotating Roster Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Rotating Roster Manager at Ad Warrior Ltd. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional support services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing monthly night shift/weekend rotas, ensuring continuity of service, and providing training and oversight to the Night Team. • Organize monthly night shift/weekend rotas in consultation with the Service Manager.
• Ensure continuity of service by providing or arranging cover for gaps in the rota.
• Provide training and oversight to the Night Team to ensure the safe administration of medication for service users.

• HCA Level 3 Qualification.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
