Job Title: Retail Team Leader

Join our team as a Retail Team Leader and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers in carrying out tasks required by clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting a team of merchandisers and replenishers
  • Communicating with management on progress and end of project sign off
  • Carrying out health and safety inductions and checks
  • Managing stock replenishment and removal
  • Adjusting shelf heights and moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to make decisions and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people
  • Methodical approach and keen attention to detail
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting involved
