Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.

About the Role

  • Manage projects with full liaison with clients and third parties to ensure effective communication and project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with clients' project engineers, technicians, and senior teams in scheme delivery to achieve project objectives.
  • Review project briefs and fee proposals to allocate resources and programme works effectively, while identifying additional work opportunities.
  • Support the development of project cost estimates and technical reports.
  • Analyse technical problems, assessing the feasibility of proposed techniques and procedures, and devising new approaches and alternative solutions.

About You

  • You will be a clear and positive communicator, taking ownership of project management and possessing a passion for problem-solving in engineering.
  • You will have independent experience using design software, including AutoCAD, Microdrainage / WinDes, Civil 3D, KeySign, and Lighting Reality.
  • You will take technical ownership of drawing production, calculations, reports, and design documents, overseeing the work of team members.
