SEN School Support Worker

About the Role:
As an Entry-Level Autism Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in special education and contribute to the academic and personal growth of students.
- Assist with day-to-day needs, adapt lessons, and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Build students' confidence and self-esteem through personalized support.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create tailored educational plans.
Salary and Benefits:
This rewarding role comes with a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and certification in special education.
