Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare scheme, Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme, and annual leave allowance of 25 days + public holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our team in Redhill. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of dealing with commercial claims, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of claims from initial field visit through to settlement, within clients' SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service
  • Solid experience of dealing with commercial claims
  • Ideally be or have a commitment to progress with ACII and ACILA qualifications
  • Superb communications skills
  • IT proficient
  • Ability to work as part of a team
