About the Role

At LNRS Data Services Ltd Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our technology department and contribute to the development of our Generative AI solution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned software engineer to work on a cutting-edge project, collaborating with a passionate team of developers to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of our Generative AI solution, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Perform complex bug fixes and contribute to the improvement of the overall system.
  • Participate in planning efforts, providing analysis and estimation of proposed product work to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to provide guidance and support at the code level, with a strong focus on code reviews.
  • Extensive experience in software engineering, with a deep understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior software engineers, with a proven track record of doing so in a similar role.
  • Experience working with DBMS, including relational and non-relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI/Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in web development, Python, software architecture, and development best practices.
