We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Musical Director to lead our chamber choir in delivering exceptional performances and contributing to the growth and development of the ensemble.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a compelling musical vision for the choir, ensuring high-quality performances and artistic growth.
  • Lead rehearsals and concerts, providing guidance and support to singers to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the choir's committee to plan and execute concert programs, ensuring a strong artistic and logistical framework.
  • Maintain and improve the vocal standard of the choir through knowledge of vocal technique and effective rehearsal strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Musical Director or equivalent role, with a strong track record of leading adult choirs.
  • Excellent keyboard skills and ability to accompany the choir as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage singers, committee members, and other stakeholders.
  • Clear directing style and a sense of fun, with a passion for high-quality choral singing.
