Learning Mentor for Children with Special Needs

We are looking for a highly skilled Learning Mentor to join our team, providing specialist support to students with special educational needs across key stage 1.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
Duties- Provide specialist support to students with special educational needs, developing personalized plans to promote academic progress
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to deliver targeted interventions and strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring student progress and informing future support plans
