About the Role: As a Graduate Outreach Tutor at the Whitetrees Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional well-being of our students. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience while making a positive difference in the lives of our young people.

You will work closely with our teaching team to deliver high-quality, personalised education to pupils who require additional support due to complex needs. Your expertise will help us to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning: Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that meet the individual needs of our students.
  • Behaviour Management: Effective management of behaviour to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
  • Pupil Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitoring and reporting on pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum education standard to A-level or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Experience in lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation (Desirable)
  • Background working with pupils who have SEMH (Desirable)
