Job Overview

A key role has become available in our team, supporting the Maintenance Manager to deliver an exceptional building and maintenance management service for our Residential developments. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for coordinating works and activities within the department, ensuring relationships with key suppliers and internal departments are managed efficiently.


About the Role
  • You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure full coordination of works and activities required in the department are executed efficiently.
  • Manage and continuously improve processes related to move in/move out processes, reactive maintenance, compliance, and contractor management.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service consistently, leading by example and instilling a culture of excellent communication within the department.
  • Ensure technology/software systems are fully utilized and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Manage maintenance resources to fulfill building maintenance needs, engaging specialist labor when necessary.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with IT literacy, excellent knowledge of MS Office, and experience in implementing standard operating procedures. You should be resilient and adaptable to change in a high-pressure environment and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

A strong customer service background, excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in Building Services roles with technical, hands-on experience is also desired.
