The Cavendish School is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week from 7am to 4pm.

Job Summary

This role involves managing the upkeep of the school site, supporting daily operational needs, and ensuring a safe environment for all members of the school community. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a school or similar premises, with knowledge of health and safety, building services, and caretaking duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage caretaking duties, including cleaning, waste management, and grounds maintenance
Requirements

We are looking for a resourceful, reliable, well-organised, and flexible individual with strong organisational and IT skills. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively within a team.

Salary and Benefits
