About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive community at our exceptional primary school in Haringey.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, providing one-on-one and small group support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, helping them to develop social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), working closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students in developing independence, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.

Requirements
