We are seeking a proactive and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a supportive and nurturing secondary school. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs within a mainstream secondary environment.

Your focus will be on guiding and working with students who need a bit more help, as well as supporting the needs of the class. You will work closely with both staff and students to improve learning outcomes for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN
  • Working with students across multiple age groups and subject groups
