Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with multiple contacts to gather and collate information, ensuring timely project handover.

This is a hybrid position, allowing for up to 3 days of remote work from home or in our Chelmsford office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records using our in-house software, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible.
  2. Action non-technical comments on manuals to enhance clarity and understanding.
  3. Evaluate project creep and take proactive measures to control it, escalating issues to the Project Manager as necessary.
  4. Maintain project management tools, ensuring all relevant information is readily available.
  5. Participate in training sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  1. A construction background, preferably with experience in M&E.
  2. An excellent attention to detail, with quality checking being a key aspect of this position.
  3. A solid understanding of data management principles.
  4. A quality-focused approach to work.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including healthcare and pension benefits after a 3-month probationary period.
