Job Title: Head of SEO Visibility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of SEO Visibility to join our team at Smith & Reed. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our SEO efforts and driving our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic.
  2. Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists to ensure the timely and effective delivery of SEO projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our digital marketing efforts.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our SEO strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze our SEO performance using tools such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Moz, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in SEO leadership and management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  2. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum visibility.
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
