Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
  3. Manage a team of health and safety advisors to ensure effective implementation of safety protocols.
  4. Review and update work procedures to ensure they meet industry safety standards.
  5. Prepare and file reports for accidents and safety breaches.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest health, safety, and environment regulations.
  7. Ensure safe installation of equipment and oversee subcontractors.
  8. Conduct training sessions on health and safety awareness.
Requirements:
  1. A degree or certificate in Health and Safety.
  2. NEBOSH in construction.
  3. IOSH or grad IOSH.
