Job Title: Early Years Practitioner Level 3+

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons RGU Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, and develop strong relationships with parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children, and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
