Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities tailored to individual children's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones. This role involves developing strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring child welfare, protection, health, and safety, as well as maintaining a positive and safe environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:




  • A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery nurse or educator role
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both children and adults
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements
