Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Darwin Escapes. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive a five-star experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Manage stock budgets, complete stock checks, and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure prompt and efficient service of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

• Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

• Manage cash handling and EPOS systems, maintaining accurate records and minimizing losses.

• Identify and provide training opportunities for the Front of House team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Front of House management role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
