Job Title: Block Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Block Property Manager to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd. As a Block Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of one leasehold scheme, ensuring that all buildings are in good order.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Carry out regular site visits to ensure that all buildings are in good condition and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Client Liaison: Attend client meetings, including AGMs and Directors meetings, to ensure effective communication and to address any concerns or issues.
  • Project Management: Manage the project management of Section 20 consultations, major internal and external works, and other projects as required.
  • Financial Management: Manage the budget, yearend accounts, and quarterly client statement process to ensure that timescales are met and review accounting information to ensure accuracy.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Ensure that insurance claims are being processed efficiently and correctly, and that Health & Safety regulations are adhered to on all sites.
  • Communication: Circulate information to residents concerning management issues, and ensure that communication is regular and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Property Manager - Block Manager
  • Qualifications: AIRPM qualified, although not essential
  • Skills: Good knowledge of budgets, experience of serving Section 20 notices, and full UK driving licence
