Property Manager

A prestigious property management role has become available at a leading lettings agency in Harborne. Our client, a well-established and reputable independent, is seeking a highly organized and well-presented Property Manager to join their award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and identify potential issues.
- Organize and conduct check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, issue works orders, and process invoices to ensure efficient property maintenance.
- Ensure property compliance with EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
- Handle deposit disputes and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Manage tenancy paperwork and support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
- Perform general Property Manager duties to ensure seamless property management.
- Previous lettings or property management experience is essential for this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software.
