Key Responsibilities:- General Office Support: Provide administrative assistance to the legal team, including answering phone calls, scanning and printing documents, and filing.
- Client Correspondence: Assist with preparing and sending client correspondence, including letters and emails.
- Monthly Billing: Help with the preparation of account dockets and assist with monthly billing.
- Bundle Preparation: Assist with the preparation of bundles for court cases.
- Previous Administration Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal environment.
- Touch Typing Skills: Proficient touch typing skills are essential for this role.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Competitive Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours).
- Annual Leave: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Company Pension: A company pension scheme is available.
- Xmas Bonus: A Christmas bonus is awarded to all staff.
- Birthday Presents: Staff receive birthday presents from the company.
- Full-Time Hours: 5 days per week, 9am-5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Part-Time Hours: 4 days per week, 9am-5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
