Senior Construction Manager - People Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of construction managers, providing direction and focus for the individuals, while understanding business requirements to deliver a construction management technical capability.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a degree in an engineering, construction, or resource/human resource management discipline and experience operating within the Engineering/Construction Management/Build Environment field. You will have operated at the level of people/resource manager and have a working understanding of people, processes, and systems (inc. HR). A high degree of professionalism in all areas (communication, approach, style) is essential, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to produce reports and interrogate data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of construction managers
  • Provide direction and focus for the team members
  • Understand business requirements to deliver a construction management technical capability
