Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead the implementation of network infrastructure in a regulated construction site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the procurement process, including supplier and subcontractor management.
- Ensure compliance with NEC Type C contract requirements.
- Implement robust quality control procedures to meet stringent industry standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and community representatives.
- Monitor project finances, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with NEC Type C contract delivery.
- Proven track record in leading large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth understanding of network systems and infrastructure within a large construction site.
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Strong financial management skills, ensuring project stays within budget and financial parameters.
