About the Role

Gleeds is a leading global property and construction consultancy seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Nuclear New Build team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial administration of multiple contracts across the programme from procurement to execution and closeout.
  • Take a lead role in making decisions under the guidance of Senior and Lead Commercial Managers.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in construction procurement and commercial management.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in construction procurement/commercial management, preferably in the nuclear/civil engineering/engineering sectors.
  • Proven ability to work in complex major project/programme environments in both procurement and post-procurement phases.
  • Strong technical knowledge of procurement, supply chain, cost, and commercial management, including standard forms of contract and public contract regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
