We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Nights Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Newbury. As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of our guests, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Hotel Operations: Assist with the smooth operation of the hotel, including maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during your shift, ensuring minimal disruption to our guests.
