Freight and Logistics Professional

We are seeking an experienced HGV Class C+E driver to join our team. As a leading provider of middle-mile services, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions to big brand names.
The successful candidate will drive modern, clean, and well-maintained vehicles on a 5-day flexible shift pattern. The role involves driving safely, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering and/or collecting trailers to/from clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Representing the company as an ambassador in the timely and efficient collection of customers' mail/parcels
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements at all times
- Safely and securely collecting and delivering customers' goods in line with company/customer requirements
- Accurately completing relevant paperwork via our online app in accordance with company procedures
- Maintaining clean and secure vehicles, consumables, and assets
- Completing tachograph charts and returning them in accordance with legislation
- Providing excellent customer service while acting professionally and courteously
- Driving company vehicles safely and properly in accordance with current legislation
- Reporting any accidents, breakdowns, or emergencies in line with divisional policy
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment policies and other relevant regulations

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £39,500 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.
