We are seeking a skilled Service Excellence Specialist to join our team at Steven Eagell Limited. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. You will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and scheduling work to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Ensure exceptional after-sales customer care and satisfaction.
  • • Use customer needs to guide them towards suitable products/services.
  • • Provide accurate estimates and schedule work to meet customer requirements.
  • • Encourage the sale of genuine parts and accessories.

Customer & Service Orientation:

  • • Creates a premium customer experience.
  • • Identifies and anticipates customer expectations and needs.

Problem Solving:

  • • Analyses and evaluates key data quickly.
  • • Makes decisions and commits to actions.

Brand Identification:

  • • Identifies with and acts in accordance with the Toyota brand and values.
