Spanish Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Tapas Chef to join our dynamic team at Bents Garden & Home, a family-run business renowned for quality and innovation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for Spanish cuisine to take on a key role in our kitchen brigade.

• Run the Tapas section, creating high-quality, freshly made tapas delights for our customers in the served Tapas Bar.
• Operate in a large-scale fresh food setting, utilising local suppliers and freshly prepared produce.
• Be customer-facing, interacting with guests and providing a positive, engaging dining experience.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie in a comparable high-volume restaurant or similar environment.
• Previous Spanish style cooking or tapas experience is desirable.
• The ability to learn quickly, with a passion for food and a willingness to work in a high-pressure kitchen.
