Job Title: Fitness Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Fitness Advisor to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne, a leading name in health and wellness. As a Fitness Advisor, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes and providing one-on-one training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
  • Provide personalised fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans for members.
  • Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
  • Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean and well maintained.
  • Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide cutting edge advice.


Required Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Educated to HND level in Health and Fitness.
  2. Level 3 or equivalent Gym Instruction/Personal Training or Group Exercise qualified (including in ETM, Spin etc).

    Salary: £11.65 per hour (£23,850 per year), flexible schedule, 32 hours per week, 28 days annual leave increases with tenure, free gym membership, complimentary gym membership for another person after 2 years service, discounted spa treatments, career development training, mental health and wellbeing services, length of service awards, staff awards and bonuses, discounted entertainment and shopping.
