  1. Undertake service admin duties, including updating customer queries in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Meet and greet dealership customers, providing excellent customer service skills
  3. Liaise with the workshop regarding customer vehicles, ensuring efficient and organized communication
  4. Be organized and efficient in your work, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  1. Experience in the Automotive trade, with a focus on service administration
