- Deliver exceptional service by carrying out diagnosis, repairs, and servicing to the highest standards, adhering to brand specifications and warranty requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to address complex issues, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Verify the quality of work through diagnostic equipment and road-testing, liaising with Service Advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Complete relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs, and service reports, in line with brand standards and site requirements.
- Conduct vehicle health checks and CitNOW video assessments in a timely manner, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proven expertise in using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work to the highest quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer interaction and relationship-building.
- A full UK driving license, with a preference for experience within a main automotive dealer.
- VOSA-approved MOT testers are an advantage, but not essential.
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair NVQ or equivalent.
