Classroom Learning Assistant Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Classroom Learning Assistant Leader at Brookthorpe Hall School. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of effective learning strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Providing individualized support to pupils who require additional help
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each pupil
You will work closely with the teaching staff to ensure that our pupils receive the best possible education and support. Your ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues will be essential in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Salary: £23,691.52 per annum
