Clinical Health Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Health Psychologist to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological services to critical care patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement specialist psychological services to critical care patients, including assessment, formulation, and intervention.
- Provide training and supervision to staff within the service, including clinical psychology trainees and assistant psychologists.
- Contribute to the development of care policies and protocols, and participate in clinical governance processes.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
- Accredited British Psychological Society (BPS) Doctoral Clinical Psychology qualification or equivalent.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Eligible for Chartered Psychologist status.
- Working knowledge of the practices and approaches of other key disciplines, professions, and agencies involved in the care and management network.
