Teaching Assistant Professional

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Teaching Assistant Professional to join their team at one of their Alternative Provision schools.
This outstanding school has been nationally recognised for its student services and offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to work with small groups of Key Stage 3 children with Social Emotional Mental Health needs.
As a Teaching Assistant Professional, you will be working closely with experienced teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans that meet the individual needs of each student.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs and hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. This role requires a flexible approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Requirements:
- Experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviors
Salary and Benefits:
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will also receive excellent rates of pay, brilliant support from the Pastoral and SEN Teams, and access to training and resources for personal development.
