Commercial Trainer/Assessor Opportunity

We are working closely with a further education training provider to recruit a permanent Commercial Trainer/Assessor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a reputation for excellence and professional growth.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices in team leading, management, customer service, business administration, employability, and supply chain. The role will involve a mix of remote and face-to-face sessions, with a focus on online delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant assessing qualification, such as TAQA or CAVA, and experience with E-portfolio systems like Onefile or Smart Assessor. They will also need excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, as well as a driving license and access to their own vehicle.

We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality training and assessment, and who is passionate about helping apprentices develop their skills and knowledge.
