About the Role

The Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties, working closely with EHCP Coordinators, and managing databases to ensure the timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage own performance, supporting and working with EHCP Coordinators to meet statutory deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing databases and caseloads.
  • Be the first point of contact for families and professionals, requiring strong administrative and technology skills.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with strong administrative skills, including time management, creative-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking. You will be able to work well under pressure, be flexible, and make good use of technology to perform functions and ensure work is timely and accurate.
