Job Overview: We are recruiting for a Compliance Officer - QA Department to join our team at March Personnel. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining departmental strategy to meet business requirements and customer deliverables.
  • Developing and assisting in the QA function to optimize resource utilization.
  • Providing expert advice on quality requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Conducting risk assessments and making informed decisions on quality, GMP, and GDP-related matters.
  • Preparing and reviewing quality documentation, including SOPs, incidents, complaints, risk assessments, change controls, and deviations.
  • Supporting the document management system and archiving activities under QA responsibility.
  • Responding to critical license alerts and conducting non-compliance checks for API/Excipient suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in GMP and/or related fields (1-3 years).
  • Degree in a scientific discipline (preferable).
  • Proven track record in working within an MHRA regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in IT applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and unlicensed medicines industry.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
