About the Role

We are seeking experienced and flexible Event Security Officers to join our team working in prestigious and iconic venues across London. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service and security while demonstrating our values of Loyalty, Integrity, and Professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply strong customer service and incident management skills to create safe and managed outcomes.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, recall building and event knowledge accurately, and ensure relevant information is escalated accordingly.
  • Work in a fast-paced and busy environment while maintaining high service standards.
  • Commit to crowd safety and management and display a real passion for providing excellent customer service to visitors and audiences.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Experience in the Event Security Industry would be beneficial, as well as familiarisation of emergency procedures.
  • Ability to absorb and react to information promptly.
