Environmental Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team. This is a key position within our organisation, requiring strong leadership and project management skills.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-quality environmental projects within specific time and cost constraints. This will involve formulating tender responses, coordinating with internal departments and third-party suppliers, and managing projects to achieve desired goals.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage projects to ensure financial, contractual, and other obligations are met.
  • Assess, prepare, and submit tenders, and follow up on subsequent actions.
  • Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in developing their skills and experience.
  • Review and execute contracts according to our Quality Assurance System, including risk management, budget control, performance review, and client liaison.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree calibre or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of environmental baseline surveys and habitat assessments, with project management experience preferred.
  • Experience in a similar or related role, including team-based leadership.
  • A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
